We are expecting at least 50 customers\/sample bags for customers for you to have on hand. There are also a VIP Vendor Tickets \u0026amp; Bags that are limited to 30, to include a sample\/deeper discount in their ticket when they come to your table to get the samples for sure instead of given away to General tickets. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEvent runs from 11a-8pm Extended Hours because of Monday Customer Traffic is busy from 12-130pm and then again from 4-7pm. You do not have to be there the entire time, but at least from 11am-2pm and then from 4pm-6pm. You can stay the entire day we are open as we are driving college groups, veterans, and Work-from-Home folks to come during the day.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBe at the event an hour early at 10am for setup. Gives you time to setup and for us to assemble the Vendor Sample Bags and whatever promo items you have provided.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCheck-in inside Gazz Godz upon your arrival to be directed where to setup.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou are welcome to move through the other vendors as well.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTables and Booths that have vertical displays usually get more traffic.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThis is a cross promotional event and to bring together our cannabis community, please follow our socials, promote the event and that you will be there tag @gazzgodz or @gazzgodzCLT #gazzgodz #gazzgodzdispensary #420getgazzed2026. You will be provided with emails and posts to send out to your community and to post. We will also promote and advertise your business in our socials and emails leading up to the event and the day of unless you opt-out or do not cross-promote Gazz Godz.
