Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

• Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping:

   • Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

2. Expedited Shipping:

   • Delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

3. Local Pickup (Charlotte, NC Only):

   • Place your order online and pick it up in-store the same day during store hours at:
     10022 University City Blvd, Charlotte, NC

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to states where cannabis, Delta 8, Delta 9, and THCA products are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products can be lawfully imported to your destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
